"Fireproof" is my second song release. A lot of love went into this track. I wanted to create something unique and thought this is a good response to all the fires that have been plaguing California the last few years. Instead of a song called "Fire," mine is "Fireproof." Songs with tempo changes are more difficult to DJ, but handy and fun to have. Enjoy!

"Let Me Build" is the intro to my self-produced mix, First Build. It's the first song I uploaded to Bandcamp.com. It asks to let me do what I like: build music.

Architect V is Victoria Ellison, the music producer and California licensed Architect. After years of developing my skills with music, I am finally sharing my creations.

To give a brief history: I was born August 23, 1986. I grew up in Southern California, mostly in Palmdale, CA, with three brothers and one sister all close in age. A lot of my childhood was playing sports, soccer being my favorite. I was in band and loved making burned CD mixes of all kinds. I got good grades and went to UC Berkeley.  My older brother passed away in a car accident when I was in college. After graduation, I worked at architecture firms in the San Francisco Bay Area for 11 years doing residential, plus some commercial and accessibility. I married and got my Architects license. While modeling buildings, I listened to music. My passion for music grew as I attended shows and festivals, started making mixes, joined a DJ meetup group, and took music production lessons. When I'm emotional, I write poems, typically rhyming, which I think of as lyrics. Hot yoga was a constant, at least 3-5 times a week for a decade. When a yoga teacher training was offered after the pandemic, I trained to become certified. Wanting change, I quit my office job. I moved to Southern California and am now going through a divorce. I spend a lot of time with family, exercising, shopping, and like to read. I am currently doing architecture at schools and am still excited about building music. Thanks for reading. -V
